The B-1B Lancer is a multi-role, long-range heavy bomber, capable of flying intercontinental missions without refueling, then penetrating enemy defenses. Rockwell International, North American Aircraft built the B-1 and delivered the first plane to the Air Force in June 1985. The final B-1B was delivered on May 2, 1988. |
