More Photos

The 22-story 301 Congress Avenue building in Austin, Texas was built in 1986, and serves as the headquarters for the Schlotzsky's sandwich company. The building is bordered by North Congress Avenue, Brazos Street, and East Third Street.

Prehistoric fossils were discovered during the building's construction, including the skull of a Saber Tooth Tiger and the tusk of a Mastodon. The skyscraper was built on the original location of the 1898 Union Depot, which was built by the Houston and Texas Central Railroad.
