The Bank of America building, completed in 1985, is the tallest skyscraper in Dallas, Texas, and the third-tallest in Texas (surpassed by the JPMorganChase Tower and Wells Fargo Plaza buildings, both in Houston). The building is 939 feet tall from the base of the sunken plaza (below street level). As seen in this photo of downtown Dallas at night, the building's outline is accented by green argon lighting.

The street lamp on the right side of this image is topped by Pegasus, the winged horse who has long been the symbol of Dallas. On the right side of this picture is the Hampton Inn - Downtown Dallas West End.
