This is the 12-story U.S. National Bank Building in Galveston, Texas. The building was built in 1924 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. The bank was purchased by Frost National Bank in 1982, but kept its name and a separate board of directors until May of 2000 when the bank was converted to a branch.
